The event will be held from 10th to 12th January 2020. The entry fee is Rs. 500/- for the CFSL Registered players and it will be doubled for the players not having CFSL Registration. (All those who paid in National Youth District qualifying events 2019 are registered for CFSL in 2020.) All unrated players are eligible to play in the event.

Gold, Silver Bronze Medals with certificates are offered for the winners as CFSL Policy. Winner will be awarded a Championship Trophy. Separate Girls Novices events will be arranged if at least 20 players are in a District. Otherwise, the girls can play in the open events and only 3 players with at least 2 1/2 points will be qualified for Women (Major Division) Event. Only five players will be selected to the Major Division if there are up to 20 players. One player for extra 10 players in the event will be selected for finals after 1st 20. (For example - If there are 40 players, 7 will be selected.)

Events will be 7 round Swiss System. It will be played on FISCHER Mode, 90 minutes + 30 seconds. The registration deadline is 18.00 in the evening on 09th January 2020.

The Name with initials, FIDE ID, CFSL ID, Date of Birth, School/ Club and the contact details should be included in the registering Email/ Letter.
